Why am I so scared of food?

I am 230 pounds and hate myself 24/7. It is absolutely terrible and has caused panic attacks. Anyone have suggestions for losing weight? I really don't like this crappy feeling where I force myself to eat.

Tiny meals throughout the day, exercise, even just long walks will help. It’ll be getting warmer soon, good time for that. Drink lots and lots of water, if you’re hungry and don’t want to eat, drink hot water or hot tea. But please, make sure you’re not starving yourself.
There’s meal supplements too, they have the needed nutrients if you really want to avoid food. Just make sure you’re getting what you need. They’re usually either powder or pre-made drinks.
I’m not a doctor or an expert, so maybe look into some nutrition sites or something, they usually have good plans for healthy weight loss.

Consume fewer calories than you burn on a consistent basis. Drink lots of water. Exercise regularly even if it's just a little yoga at first. The most important thing is to be consistent.

Also...hating yourself is counter productive. Why would you take good care of someone you hate?

@Doomflower I have hated myself for 7 years, so it is hard to change.

@fluteacorn yes change is hard. It is also a constant.

Exercise, eat less carbs and more protein. Three meals a day and no snacking. NO DRINKS OTHER THAN WATER. Especially no juices or soda or anything like that. Don't eat past 8. Boom lose weight.

@fluteacorn Oh, green teas fine! Just always check the sugar amount. Water is by far the best thing to drink though.

@fluteacorn I lost like 20 pounds doing what I described.
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@Chaoshead I drink a lot of water but sometimes I am really tired and feel like I need tea (not really into coffee).

Looks like you are living life alone and all by yourself .. which makes you overly concerned about yourself ..Starting to live for or with others can help.

@in10RjFox I don't really have a specific diet but (for the most part) I am good about it. I like singing, dancing (bad at it though), and reading.

@fluteacorn so you aren't earning as yet. Do you binge eat ? Erratic diet too adds weight. Learn more about food , dietary fibre , constipation, irritable bowel syndrome etc.

Do you worry and undergo stress each day ?
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@in10RjFox I mean I do have BED. I am always stressed about something.

@fluteacorn what do you mean how - heres how - buy youself a pair of jeans that is one size smaller than you normally wear - go to the doctor and have him assesses you for weight loss program - get a picture of yourself when you were thinner and tack it on your fridge. Stick to the recommendations but you will need willpower so try your best - when you start to lose willpower look at that picture of your former self. If you succeed you will fit into the pants. Then you will feel better about yourself -
