Any ideas what helps period cramps?

I haven't had a period in over a year but got a new birth control and so I got it again. Ughhh.
Also... I actually can't put a tampon in so any advice on that would be helpful.

Only thing that seems to help me is panadol and a hot water bottle, and taking magnesium an b vitamins during the month

I’m convinced heating pads were made for this reason.

@BananaBrown What if I'm out of the house though?

You can get heat therapy patches from Walmart or a pharmacy like Walgreens. They stick to you kind of like a band aid, and heat the area for a few hours.
It works in a pinch. @fluteacorn

Sorry to hear that ... Hot water bottle always works with me, but I don't get them bad ...

@ozgirl512 Mine isn't too bad but enough to make me uncomfortable.

@fluteacorn and that's not good!

Well, in reading the manuals; in reading the books... "it is what it is." I hope that is helpful.
