Any ideas what helps period cramps?I haven't had a period in over a year but got a new birth control and so I got it again. Ughhh. Also... I actually can't put a tampon in so any advice on that would be helpful.
Can anyone help me?I just got an IUD today and the cramps are like period cramps but I don't know how to relieve them. We don't have a heating pad.
