Can anyone help me?

I just got an IUD today and the cramps are like period cramps but I don't know how to relieve them. We don't have a heating pad.

If you have rice, then pour some into a sock, tie a knot at the top and place in the microwave along with a small bowl/mug of water. You now have a heating pad.
