What motivates u to go to work?

I work for my dad.

Motivation...

1) I will end up over his knee if I don't ...lol

There is a clear, unambiguous contract between me and my employer. They pay me a regular salary, I commit to being useful and economically productive. I don't break contracts without very good reason and plenty of notice.

My EGO. Saving incompetent, inept, helpless college graduates in needless panic. When I'm finished, I always make sure I straighten that shiny diploma they have hanging on the wall. 😂

It subsidises my life

I work with animals, save animals and travel for free. I write my own schedule And I get paid really good but that’s the least best part of my job. 🤙🏻

My work was interesting and challenging. I had a fantastic staff who did most of the real work. I was paid well.

Bills, love my job, gives me sense of purpose.

I have a position where I can positively influence tranformation of lives. A great many lives. It's an incredible privilege and inspiration.
yes, I love my job and it pays my bills - but to use my abilities to make a difference is the most important aspect.

for most where i just left...alcohol, smokes, dope, ink, customized sports car. i never figured out how 24 hours or 300 a week covers all this

Having the resources to live pretty much as I choose to.
The sense of accomplishment that flows from achieving goals.

I used to enjoy going to work just so I could mess with management.

Retired now.

Money for food at sports events and the phone bill

Nothing. I'm retired.

Purpose, money, provide.

I get to dress up as opposed to wearing jeans or leggings in the house. I enjoy being around most of the people I work with. There’s a Costco next door. I feel good about my work and it’s better than being at home cleaning. I like the $$$$

I don't "go" to work. I love what I do, and don't envision stopping, as long as I'm breathing.
