If I were you I would request the transfer to another store. Hopefully you will be able to pick up more hours.

@DatingGrace Well, that's good to hear. But I think the women here are just plain old tired. It's pretty constant.
DatingGrace · 31-35, M
@4meAndyou honestly I dont care, I was just curious.

Well in my personal experience when your boss keeps singling you out and hints to you that you that they don't think you're a good fit and offer to help find alternate employment.

You just know. It’s so hard to just go there and interact with everyone and do all the things. When you start feeling this way it’s time to start looking elsewhere.

If I am not happy and getting what I need from an employer. I find a new that will provide what I want/need! Then here is my Two week notice and see ya!

Make a good hand. Make everyone else look bad. They won’t want to loose you. Then ask for more hours. It’ll pay off.

When you can find a better paying job I would say that is a sign to leave.
dirge · M
do you have another option? do you kinda daydream about quitting?
DatingGrace · 31-35, M
@dirge I love my job and my coworkers are great. However my hours at work got cut in a big way. As I see it I have three options ... request a transfer to another store, find a new job entirely or wait and see if my hours improve. Just not sure what to do ...

@DatingGrace oh. if its not meeting your livability needs, then yeah. put all oars into the water and see where you get traction.
