How do you know when you should quit your job or just stick it out?

@dirge I love my job and my coworkers are great. However my hours at work got cut in a big way. As I see it I have three options ... request a transfer to another store, find a new job entirely or wait and see if my hours improve. Just not sure what to do ...

@DatingGrace oh. if its not meeting your livability needs, then yeah. put all oars into the water and see where you get traction.
