Just say, "Are you going to eat those?"

Just casually ask: Can I have some?

After that he'll probably just give you the box. Don't overthink it lol

"Boss... I'd do anything... AAAnnnything... for that box of chocolate. Aaannnything...."

I find forgiveness after the fact is better than asking for permission...

Ask him if he has plans to give the chocolate to someone. He might say he is going to give it to a family member. OR he might say, "Would you like a box?"

Eat it one candy at a time and fill the empty wrappers up with toilet paper and put them back in the box.
Then hope he doesn't have a camera hidden somewhere.
