I have air con. But the real trick is acceptance and immersion in the summer

This is easy. I don't go out. I stay inside with the A\C

Either jump in the pool or go into the heated spa we have outside, or turn on the air-conditioners

We don’t have a pool. Wear little or nothing.

Having a hot top floor flat with limited AC wearing damp but not soaking wet clothes helps to regulate temperature along with shutting windows and curtains during the day. At night windows open to try to cool the place down. The forever home with have a pool.

We stay inside. I go out to walk the dog late in the evening, and I mow the lawn. I play golf early, starting no later than 7 am. We live in a hot and humid area, but next week will be hotter than normal.

Pool, beach, water parks. Ac or chill at the mall on weekends
