@saragoodtimes Nope, but sharing his time with you is. If you take a little trip to someplace fun (by yourself) because sitting at home alone is a drag...he will get the hint and have some fun, too.😉
@saragoodtimes That empty nest takes some time getting used to. Let it ride for another four years until Katie completes her degree. You know you have the fallback summer and Holiday place for her and your son Mike. When they actually get out in the world and have their own apartments and such is when the empty nest really hits, and then you can make changes to rooms and the like then.
Do you have a career or hobby or project you wished to take on to help ease your alone time, especially with your husbands career drive and dedication?
@saragoodtimes That's nice. Have you ever chosen an association that was close to your heart and soul, one that you love and would be just as in love with as your hubby is with his career? You know a dive and passion of your own, and not an invite because you were married. No insult meant; I would love to see you to find a passion of your own especially as the nest empties.
@WillaKissing I enjoy my time with the DWA. meeting local businesses trying to get them to contribute to one of our projects. usually get their cooperation
