He has said he plans to disband the constitution, he already showed he will not leave office without a fight!
Among his statements was that within hours of being inaugurated as president, he will sign an executive order to discontinue the portion of the 14th amendment which grants citizenship to anyone born in the continental United States. That is probably not something a president can even do, but represents something he has definitively said, it is available in videos, and demonstrates his plans.
@BizSuitStacy I think that would have, without a doubt, happened if he could, but he couldn't. People do not understand our Constitution. This is a big problem. They are trying to change our Constitutional rights, right in front of our faces, to their advantage and because people don't understand it, it is becoming possible that they will, without us being able to do anything about it, if we don't wake up and stop it now.
The Constitution is about 36 pages long. Read it and understand it or we will lose.
There is no way possible unless the whole government is in on it. This is what we have to watch very carefully. This is why the Constitution is set up the way it is. The legislative, and executive branches are equal, but in some ways the legislative branch is alittle above. The President and its administration of the United States cannot make any decisions on their own. It has to be approved by Congress. If there is a dispute between the 2, then the judicial branch comes into play to make the dicission final. The shit Trump and Biden both tried to pull can't happen. That's signing an executive order without Congresses aprovel.
