He has said he plans to disband the constitution, he already showed he will not leave office without a fight!
Among his statements was that within hours of being inaugurated as president, he will sign an executive order to discontinue the portion of the 14th amendment which grants citizenship to anyone born in the continental United States. That is probably not something a president can even do, but represents something he has definitively said, it is available in videos, and demonstrates his plans.
