They are well versed on theology.
They know that people think giving money will assist them to get to "Heaven"
Personally I find them all charlatans taking advantage of peoples vulnerabilities.

I think they should read the bible more,(they seem to miss/ leave out lots of content) take less in salary, and give more away to the poor.

I don't know much about the first 2 but I don't think any of them are crooks. Still, the optics of being so wealthy, even if it was all acquired above board, aren't great. In Osteen's case, I wish he'd preach the gospel more, instead of just saying a lot of cool stuff

A lot of people put themselves forward as figures of veneration and have to possess a degree of charisma to be successful at it. Most of them seem to come undone with scandals. I'd prefer to be quietly religious than risk God's ire by misrepresenting him and bringing ministry into disrepute.
