At Planet Fitness, they had a circle of machines, and if you did the entire circle, with the reps recommended by your trainer, (after first warming up for half an hour on the treadmill), you were guaranteed of a good workout for all your muscle groups.

Sometimes I would feel so energized I would go home and take my dog for a VERY long walk, up and down lots of hills, and I liked that part best.

Unfortunately, they closed down their location, they are not covered on my health insurance, and I am not going to the gym until this is over. They do have a fitness routine you can stream at the new gym.

I get up at 4:30 am, stretch, 200 push ups, 200 sit ups. Kick boxing work out . resistance bands.

Wednesday, back, shoulders, abs and a short swim
Thursday, arms and chest, run. Hour at the driving range

I rotate between, steps, elliptical and stationary bike, and then off and on weights, moderate weight high amount of reps.

I'm actually in the gym at the moment. I do 5 day split. Day 1 is chest, 2 is back, 3 is abs, 4 is shoulders and 5 is legs. Then 2 rest days.

Well that's a basic rundown anyway, it is a little more complex than that

Here's part of my routine. Ignore how bad the handwriting is. There are probably blind toddlers that have better handwriting than mine
