What is your favourite gym exercise/routine ?

I'm actually in the gym at the moment. I do 5 day split. Day 1 is chest, 2 is back, 3 is abs, 4 is shoulders and 5 is legs. Then 2 rest days.

Well that's a basic rundown anyway, it is a little more complex than that

Here's part of my routine. Ignore how bad the handwriting is. There are probably blind toddlers that have better handwriting than mine
