Eat right, exercise, and also work your brain by doing challenging things is the best way to boost the immune system. How to eat however or how to do those other things would be up to you.
@friedlyone They do. I have dyscalculia (math disability) so it's debatable on whether I can even learn computers but I'm going to take a year to really give it a shot. You can learn hacking without any math but on a deeper level, you HAVE to know computers and computers require logic and math. But I appreciate your kind words.
@SatanBurger No way, I have a friend who suffers with that too. I often help them with their math, but they are getting some good help and support from friends and family so doing ok with that. It can be done and with your will I a sure you'll get there.
People who are fanatically clean in their own homes will probably not develop much tolerance for germs of all sorts. I am not talking about the level of cleanliness most people use, such as sanitizing cooking areas, and bathrooms. I'm speaking of people who bleach their floors and take all of that to the next level.
I am NOT saying be dirty...I am saying that people who relax a little bit and don't worry so much will probably have really good immune systems...because being more relaxed will improve your immune system.
The only thing I have done during this lockdown is avoid my neighbors...and it's my pleasure, really...😂, wear a mask when I must emerge, and I've begun to take my multivitamins and D3 more often because of lack of sunlight, and I've ordered some elderberry syrup just to help things along.
I take anti-inflammatories regularly for my hand, which is painful and needs surgery, because inflammation causes the immune system to be suppressed. But so do the anti-inflammatories...so who the hell knows on that head...😂
Healthy diet, fresh air and exercise (plenty), But for all that, an immune system needs to experience an infection and learn how to combat it. Germaphobes are their own worst enemies- by obsessively avoiding exposure to germs they have ensured themselves of an uneducated immune system and are much more likely of catching the illness if they do come into contact with it anyway (like deliveries/mail for instance) instead of being able to fight it off. This then makes them part of the "at risk" people who suffer the worst or even die.
@revenant Going with my minimal medical education, it should never have been difficult to determine if the virus was Flu or not in the first place. It seems that nobody is telling truth about Covid-19 but they cannot agree on a universal lie.
@Anonymartyr yes so much confusion out there ! I really do not like it when people just refuse to answer simple questions and throw instead a game of smoke and mirrors.
@revenant "Smoke and mirrors" always indicates a deception. That's why the conflicting media has raised an alarm with me. The story is much worse than the virus. the danger is the panic not the germ.
Not being from the Medical Profession being a ordinary man in the street I would advise exercising like cycling to improve the circulation improve heart and lungs eat proper food high in protein don't smoke or drink stay out of the fast lane and the slow lane also and see a Doctor.
@revenant soft drinks with phosphoric acid and any with caffeine can flush zinc out of the body. If it is a regular habit the immune system can go awry. Abnormal t- cell levels have been associated with lupus and even after supplementing with zinc later they can attack healthy cells. Watch out for white spots on nails and a lot of dandruff flakes plus bad moods. My daughter had this before she was diagnosed with lupus.
