Best way to improve your immune system ?

Healthy diet, fresh air and exercise (plenty), But for all that, an immune system needs to experience an infection and learn how to combat it. Germaphobes are their own worst enemies- by obsessively avoiding exposure to germs they have ensured themselves of an uneducated immune system and are much more likely of catching the illness if they do come into contact with it anyway (like deliveries/mail for instance) instead of being able to fight it off. This then makes them part of the "at risk" people who suffer the worst or even die.

@Anonymartyr I believe you are very right and all those healthy people hiding away to avoid disease could be the worse for themselves
@revenant Many kings and Emperors would imbibe small amounts of poison repeatedly to develop an immunity to that poison. They understood the immune system just fine.

@Anonymartyr I did not know that
@revenant At least a dozen of them in recorded history. The first Chinese emperor was taking trace amounts of mercury in the belief that it would lead to immortality, this eventually killed him.

@Anonymartyr ahah the irony ! well they could try that virus for themselves :)
@revenant Going with my minimal medical education, it should never have been difficult to determine if the virus was Flu or not in the first place. It seems that nobody is telling truth about Covid-19 but they cannot agree on a universal lie.

@Anonymartyr yes so much confusion out there ! I really do not like it when people just refuse to answer simple questions and throw instead a game of smoke and mirrors.
@revenant "Smoke and mirrors" always indicates a deception. That's why the conflicting media has raised an alarm with me. The story is much worse than the virus. the danger is the panic not the germ.
