I'd love to have a dog, but the new lease the landlord drew up this spring allows no pets unless you had a prior agreement with the former landlord (his father). I've been here eight years and brought my cockatiel in when I came. I had the landlord's permission, so the current owner (the son) made a special arrangement to "honor" my bird.
1...a dog. We used to have two cats also, but one ran off when we first move down here and we don't know where (haven't seen him in almost 4 years), and his sister stayed and adapted but she disappeared last year (from things we've heard from neighbors, she may have been killed by a car).
Is that her picture? How cute. I've never seen the mix you say she is, but I believe it exists. The "poo-che" we had looked 90% Chihuahua, and the only indication of her mother was a crown of longish hair on top of her head.

@MaryJanine Yes that's my snuggle monster Haley. Your dog sounds cute as well. You can see a little bit of both breeds in Haley. I think it's a nice mix.
@Jm31xxx Why don’t you like her? If I could take her, I would, but I’m not allowed to have two animals here. You could put an ad in the paper. Maybe some lonely lady might want and need her. Can she walk?
