I need to push invasive thoughts out of my mind created by other people.

How can i block people from entering my mind?
Im about to go all tin foil hat on this lol.
How can i make it so the only things that i think are genuinely my thoughts alone?

Start noticing every thought that seems to be triggered from external sources and choose to pay more attention to the ones you like + swiftly overwrite a negative thought with something inspiring and growth-promoting. The thoughts you don't like will thin out with time and will have no more power over you. Emotions and mood swings will help you catch and transform these intruders ;) A thought that was once your enemy, can in the end, work in your favor, if you mold it well :)

I have read multiple books by a woman named Byron Katie..she is a genius. She says our thoughts are NOT our thoughts. They stream in unaware, unconsciously, and WE are not the ones thinking them. Its so true, half my thoughts are truly of a source I do not know. Fearful ones, strange ones etc. And I used to think it was ME thinking these spiraling thoughts. It was a load off of me and YEARS of horrible anxiety ABOUT my thoughts when I realized how right she was. Nothing is personal. That is a quote by her as well. So I don't know that we can ever control thoughts but we can watch them...and let them go. They are NOT PERSONAL.

By greediness. Don't let anyone live rent free in your head. 😆

I wish I knew the answer to that. Last night, I read someone else's philosophy of life just before bedtime, and my reaction was sadness to the point where I started to fall into the black hole of depression. I had nightmares for hours... I do wish there was an OFF switch for unwanted thoughts, especially those which aren't my own.

A little bit every day. It's a strength you build. Eventually it stops. Just know that once your mind has space your thoughts will fill it 😆
