Being able to hold an adult conversation, and by adult, I don't necessarily mean sexual. I mean when 2 people can have a genuine heart to heart about anything and everything under the sun. Where its not one sided and both of you actually care about and is invested in what is being said.

Very subjective topic. Yet open mindedness includes honesty. To be truly open minded, you must be honest with both yourself as well as others.
