I don't cry and if I did I wouldn't in anyone's presence either.
I believe tears are a gift from God. They help us wash away the hurts and cleanse our spirit. I cry whenever I need it haha and I'm not ashamed of that. It's been quite some time since I cried, but if I need to then I do. There's nothing shameful about that. Not for either man or woman. They do bring great healing so we can move on and I believe that's why God gave them, to heal our spirit. The Bible even says "weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning", and it does. I pray you feel better soon. I believe when we listen to God and make the changes that need to be changed in our lives then we can experience joy again, but the more we hold off on that, we will still suffer. We need to listen more to our bodies and do what needs to be done.

If you mean that hot prick of tears, quite often. Sometimes because of something sad, and sometimes because of more 'happy' emotions.
If you mean crying...sobbing with intense grief and or sorrow, not nearly as often. The last time was this past October, when my last four-legged buddy died a few days after Hurricane Milton caused devastation here.

It’s been two years now, but I’m still grieving the loss of my mother. There are still memories that come up that cause me to acutely feel her absence. They don’t always make me cry, but occasionally that happens. 😞

Only yesterday I cried whilst viewing a movie. It happens a lot. I've gotten several downers in last quarter of a century. Now it's my dad on his last years and love still not being possible for me. I cry a lot, trust me. Need to carry onwards and upwards nevertheless
I cry over everything lol. The good, bad, ugly, beautiful you name it and I'm crying. My pastor said, I was blessed with the Gift of Tears. I cry most Sunday's at service.

I cry a lot. Sometimes when I'm happy, sad, mad, tired or just lost. And I cry every time my daughter plays her violin 🎻😭

Things are great, I just get emotional a lot, I lost my little dog just over a week ago, it’s been hard.

I have weeks where I cry multiple times a day. Then I'll go weeks without.
