As someone already said, pretty much everything.
How a person thinks or feels or even may pray about things and events in life, isn't going to change or influence the outcome so I am no longer emotionally invested in caring about something when it just just doesn't matter, and if it just doesn't matter, why should I care?

The only thing that does matter to me is my wife, my dog and the attempt to be the the husband I would want her to have, the man her father would want for his baby girl.
Those parts have helped tremendously.
