Am in my final year it seems normal to me? Sometimes slow, even.

James1956 · 61-69, M
My parents used to tell me when I was young the older you get the faster time goes. I didn’t believe it then but it is true.
Turtlepower · 36-40, M
The perception of time changes as you age. The older you are, the smaller percentage of your life each day and year are and thus feels less significant and quicker. That's been my experience anyways
Punches · 46-50, F
@Turtlepower Plus once we are out of school, the years tend to blend.
In school, each year was an almost distinct experience.
We look forward to being ages 13, 16, 18, 21. Those are the "big years" for life changing milestones. well, 16 if that is the age we can start legally driving. We can hardly wait.

But after 21, it is the same thing every year. Work, pay bills, be lonely, struggle to keep everything together.

Lik I told someone on here, after age 21 and/or school is all over, there isn't much to look forward to. Same thing day after day.

It’s a good thing when winter months fly by 🙌🏻😀

You will find that the older you get the more quickly time will pass. One of the laws of the universe unfortunately
Strongtea · 22-25, M
Yeah, it does feel that way!!!!!

February is going a LOT faster than January for sure.
Punches · 46-50, F
@NerdyPotato Of course a week after valentines day and we are STILL hearing about it. Like oh my gyod, make it go away!
@Punches I haven't heard anything about that for a while. 🤔
Convivial · 26-30, F
Time is an illusion... Especially Wednesdays
ViciDraco · 41-45, M
The older you get the faster it goes. Each moment is a smaller chunk to your relative life experience as it accumulates.
Kiesel · 56-60, M
Goes by faster with each year it seems
Vengabus · 36-40
That happens as you get older
Fentonisfree · 51-55, MVIP
Yes, as you get older it’s speeds by 😎
Arnoldjrmmer · 56-60, M

@Arnoldjrmmer I been getting those since I was 27 years old. We shall not talk about how long ago that was.
Pambie · 22-25, F
