I thought of laying a complaint the other day with the bus company about the bus driver(s) not doing anything about a passenger . But it’s to much effort. You have to complain, remember the bus number/driver ,what time/date . Make a statement, get questioned about it, ETC. it’s also your word against theirs and their employee..

Make a complaint. Stuff like time of the incident and location will be helpful for them to prove the driver was where you said he was. Otherwise he can just say it wasn't him if all you have is the Vehicle plate no

@Longpatrol as it can have maybe 2-3 drivers rostered to operate that route

Many times! complaining to an official complaints department is hopeless, but if you can manage to get a letter direct to the chairman, that will usually have some effect.

Assuming you can do so easily. Too many large companies now hide behind web-sites designed to allow only purchasing enquiries and giving no other contact details!

Have fun unless you have sold witnesses, but you could still raise a complaint just incase he has insulted others and that has been recorded.
