Have you ever made an official complaint? How did it go?

A bus driver insulted me yesterday. I feel like making an official complaint.

I thought of laying a complaint the other day with the bus company about the bus driver(s) not doing anything about a passenger . But it’s to much effort. You have to complain,remember the bus number/driver ,what time/date . Make a statement, get questioned about it, ETC. it’s also your word against theirs and their employee..
