Is it fair that public gatherings are limited but protesting is allowed?

As the large-scale studies that have recently surfaced show, there's been no marked increase in the number of Covid cases traced back to protests. LOTS of evidence showing that public gatherings in bars, beaches, churches and homes have driven new cases.

You can only get Covid-19 at Trump rallies or church. You can't get it while rioting in the streets.
