how to manage
i desperately need help for after manic episodes/ anxiety attacks. i lost an item of mine that can be replaced, and spent 4 hours tearing apart my room til i was crying, which pushed me into an anxiety attack. it hurt so bad. i just climbed into bed and i'm trying to settle and move oast it. sometimes after a bad attack it can leave me feeling bad for days. which ways do you manage your anxiety? it's hard for me to recover and i really want to be able to start moving on.. thank you :)) sorry if i sound stupid i just need help, lmao.
