how to manage

i desperately need help for after manic episodes/ anxiety attacks. i lost an item of mine that can be replaced, and spent 4 hours tearing apart my room til i was crying, which pushed me into an anxiety attack. it hurt so bad. i just climbed into bed and i'm trying to settle and move oast it. sometimes after a bad attack it can leave me feeling bad for days. which ways do you manage your anxiety? it's hard for me to recover and i really want to be able to start moving on.. thank you :)) sorry if i sound stupid i just need help, lmao.

You’re brave for sharing. Although, I’m not clear on exactly what you’re asking for help with.
You don't sound stupid :)

What helps me is to do things that make me feel safe but try not to curl up, like, if you're in bed stretch out under the covers. Also don't clench your fists, if you have to grip something, squeeze a tennis ball or similar :)

Another trick for calming down is to keep cool (temperature) that helps slow your heart rate (apparently) which will help you physically feel calm

I’m so sorry you are feeling and have felt this way. I understand, please reach out and talk to someone who will listen to you in rl.

Opening up with feelings helps a lot and for me personally I use exercise, good nutrition and most importantly rest/sleep to help me at ease. 🌷

Just calm yourself down and relax. Eventually, you'll find something that you're looking for. Just take your time finding it. From what I've read, it's not stupid. People can have anxiety attacks, so you're not the only one.
