how to manage

i desperately need help for after manic episodes/ anxiety attacks. i lost an item of mine that can be replaced, and spent 4 hours tearing apart my room til i was crying, which pushed me into an anxiety attack. it hurt so bad. i just climbed into bed and i'm trying to settle and move oast it. sometimes after a bad attack it can leave me feeling bad for days. which ways do you manage your anxiety? it's hard for me to recover and i really want to be able to start moving on.. thank you :)) sorry if i sound stupid i just need help, lmao.

Just calm yourself down and relax. Eventually, you'll find something that you're looking for. Just take your time finding it. From what I've read, it's not stupid. People can have anxiety attacks, so you're not the only one.
