Some people might be afraid of your name. Or their meds may be making their head bop all over the place and words incomprehensible ... hehe you never know. Don’t take it personally. Many people are as deep as a flat empty plate unfortunately.

I’ve been noticing that happening to a lot of people and it’s mainly the more popular users who do that.

There could be lots of reasons:

*Other may not be seeing things from your perspective/agreeing with you for lots of different reasons
*People are more likely to heart/comment on replies left by people they know
*People might think you're a troll because of the username
*Confirmation bias: you believe this is happening a lot so every time you see something indicating that it's happening, it makes you believe it more

The important thing to remember is that it really doesn't matter if people like what you say or not.

ppl who behave like shitheads are distracting. theyre rude to you for no goodreason, or cut you off in traffic, etc. but think about this: what’s going on in their lives that made them this way? like ffs “who hurt you!?” i get to choose how to feel - and i decide if these fools will mean something to me or not. something else : if you do find out the cause of their assholeness, it’ll turn out to be a small petty difference that doesn’t amount to shit. just move past it and be you.
