Do you yell at yourself?

When I do things that I shouldn't ..yes. When I allow others to hurt me...disrespect me... lie to me...I need to STOP that.

In my head, I do. As for why. You know... :(

All the time. I'm my own worst critic.

And I tend to think out loud, especially when no one is around.

Never.. Im totally calm with my thoughts. As corrupt as they display themselves to me i remain calm while the screams in my head feed rage into my soul, my eyes turn red and scan my suroundings and lock on to a target that i approach to deliver.

Just debate with and berate myself sometimes. Because I somtimes feel like an idiot.

I generally don't yell at anyone or myself. My anger is cold. Do I reprimand myself? Often. Because of all the stupid shit I do.
