That's because you didn't find enough gratitude in your walk. Make being grateful a daily habit you practice. You'll still have shitty days, but if you make good habits, you'll bounce back easier. It's natural to feel sorrow sometimes. Life is uncomfortable. 馃

Don't you just hate that!!!! You get the strength to drag your bones outside but no good, you just cant shake the blues.
Try a 10km run that usually fixes sorrow. 25km fixes super sorrow, 50km kills ya ;)
