What's something you think about a lot that freaks you out?

Most people are, for rights and reasons, useless in disastrous situations. If society goes through a bit of a real speed bump, many are going to suffer.

You know, today I was stopped at a red light when someone blew past me on the left doing 70mph, just sailed through a 4-way intersection like it was a green light. Probably on his/her phone.

It gives me the piss shivers when I think about idiots like that on the roads.

How did I make it to 70?

With my health going down the toilet.. diagnosis after diagnosis. I am terrified of cancer. My grandpa died of lung and lymph node cancer. My mom has lung cancer. My sister who has many of the same health issues that I have was just diagnosed with cancer that has metastasized. I have 5 grandchildren and want to watch them grow up at the very least.

My ulcers are getting bad again. Keeping me awake in the middle of the night with pain, and causing me to throw up because of excess acid when I try to eat. I don't have a followup appointment till the 28th.

taxes, collapsing healthcare, aging parents, missing an option to run away while I can, possible mass panic when shit will hit the fan hard

Financial concerns. I shouldn't be freaked out, I know the Lord is providing for me, it's the "Not knowing," aspect adjusting to.

Being alone all the time, nothing really to look forward to, phone never rings, not having a social life outside this silly forum,

I never thought I'd end up like this. I remember when I was younger and I would see or hear about people that were basically isolated and I never thought that would happen to me. It gets to the point where just being awake is a chore, let alone having to do anything or go to work.
