I hope you did not listen to anyone and have reached out to get some help. Those thoughts are dark scary and sometimes completely overwhelming. I am so sorry you are struggling right now. I normally have more to say and more support to offer but I myself am going through a dark time and its hard to say stay strong when I feel like he doesn't help. Please reach out. Ive been told it can get better.

Nah. You can't get anything wrong and nothing is ever done. And the reason you can't get it wrong is because you never get it done. Just take notice of what you did, chalk it up to experience, and don't do that again.

she has made this post that’s literally coming off of my original post. she has been coming to my post for months now saying this kind of stuff. you don’t know why i am not as compassionate and it does make me seem very cruel.. but that doesn’t change what is actually happening. she needs professional help, and ppl, myself included have been begging her for months to get it.. @smiler2012

You really need to get some help. I saw in a comment what your step father did to you @Peaceandnamaste.
Maybe it’s manifesting as this obsession over thinking you’re trash because you’re from Alabama.
You have to know that it doesn’t matter where you’re from or where your step father is from. Every way you look at it, your step father is a disgusting POS and none of that has to do with where he’s from and has any bearing on where you’re from.
Something terrible happened to you as a child and you need to address this. It’s trauma and I understand as the same happened to me. I think it may be manifesting into this Alabama obsession.
Please think about this and reach out for help. Unfortunately I don’t think this is the place.
