I could get use to this

So every night since my therapist gave me those pills I have sleep between 4 to 6 hours. I had no idea how good I would feel with a few nights of sleep in a row. Bad thing is I only have a few left and I know he won't give me more. I didn't even hear Joel leave for work today.

He left me a note

Glad to see your get some sleep. I got the sink cleaned. See you in a few hours. If you need help taking your new pills today call me! Love you
Ps we're out of honey can you put it on our order today.

I don't deserve him

I am struggling a little bit to take me new pills. I haven't got stuck like I did last night in a while. Joel says it was a coincidence. I know he's right and the stain in the sink would of caused that even on my old pills. I just wish some days the crazy would stop just for a few hours.

Got a slow day planned of going to the movies and packing

Tonight my buddy is coming over for dinner and to watch baseball with us.

Do NOT fixate on the sleeping pills as being the only way you can get sleep. That's a dead end. Let's just be really, really grateful that you have them to get you through the move.

@4meAndyou I know but even before the move I had insomnia pretty bad but this week has been the worst it's been. So hopefully once we're moved it will be better

@Cigarguy101 I think so. I really do. This is huge...anyone would be stressed to the max, but you are weathering it with your usual love for your family, and hope.
The doc needs to make it a permanent scrip, ask him
@Cigarguy101 If they're to treat chronic insomnia you need a permanent scrip

@NativePortlander1970 I'm going to talk to him next week
@Cigarguy101 Good idea
