I could get use to this

So every night since my therapist gave me those pills I have sleep between 4 to 6 hours. I had no idea how good I would feel with a few nights of sleep in a row. Bad thing is I only have a few left and I know he won't give me more. I didn't even hear Joel leave for work today.

He left me a note

Glad to see your get some sleep. I got the sink cleaned. See you in a few hours. If you need help taking your new pills today call me! Love you
Ps we're out of honey can you put it on our order today.

I don't deserve him

I am struggling a little bit to take me new pills. I haven't got stuck like I did last night in a while. Joel says it was a coincidence. I know he's right and the stain in the sink would of caused that even on my old pills. I just wish some days the crazy would stop just for a few hours.

Got a slow day planned of going to the movies and packing

Tonight my buddy is coming over for dinner and to watch baseball with us.

@NativePortlander1970 it's a pretty heavy sleeping pill, can be addictive and has some side effects too. But I am going to ask if would give me a few each month. Before he gave me the pills I was up for 3 days
@Cigarguy101 Im on a a very potent anti anxiety med to help me deal with my terminal cardiopulmonary disease, and now with stage 4 cancer, a spot on my liver, i start chemo next month, i had emergency colorectal cancer surgery 4 weeks ago.

@NativePortlander1970 oh I am so sorry. That is a lot to handle. I hope everything goes well for you!
@Cigarguy101 Thank you, even though lorazepam, generic ativan, is extremely habit forming, I never got addicted in the entjre 7.5 years I have been on it. The wonder of certain meds is that when truly needed, and I stress truly needed, addiction never happens.

@NativePortlander1970 my doctor doesn't want me to get addicted to these pills but I've struggled with insomnia for years. Would it really be that bad if I was 🤦🏻‍♂
@Cigarguy101 If they're to treat chronic insomnia you need a permanent scrip
