If I had one wish I could get granted from the o mighty shenron 🐉

It would be to have the ability to sleep on command! It would be so nice to just get one decent sleep.

I can recommend a trick that always works for me. Its REM mimic with eyes closed laying down. If requested ill describe. Further
It takes 7 minutes for the average person to fall into a REM sleep cycle. Thats 420 seconds. Deep breath counting backward from 420 eyes closed trace the numbers 420 to 0. If you are still awake switch to the alphabet a to z (lower case) trace with your eyes while eyes closed. If you r still "awake reverse the pattern either trace z to a (uppercase) or 0 to 420. Deep breath the entire time maybe alternate tracibg a 1 b2 c3 etc. Just keep going until your asleep. Wont be long. Goodnight.

Sorry your going through this; those periods are tough. Google the 478 method. It's not infallible but it's certainly helped.

Do you have anxiety by chance?
The above can help kinda, but long term I'd recommend CBT if you do.

@Wallflow3r Yeah, but that is what you need to work on... if you want a deep and restorative sleep. All those things you are going through will be waiting for you when you wake-up, so you don't have to worry about that.
