Are you in physical pain?

Tonight the whiplash pain on my neck (from a collision months ago) is really triggered. Plus my jaw hurts from night clenching, and to top it off, I just twisted my shoulder somehow reaching for something on a shelf.

Ughhh i just needed to vent it out. An ice pack is in my future ....

@Cigarguy Sorry Cigar, that sucks...does anything help it, like maybe a muscle relaxer? That's often the only thing that will lessen my jaw pain.

@Coralmist yes I'm on muscle relaxer but I'm going to see if I can get a stronger dose. Someday they don't help at all

@Cigarguy Is it Flexeril? If I take a 5 mg pill it does nothing. 10 mg is perfect for me.

@Coralmist I take Cyclobenzaprine 5mg but I'm going to see if my doctor will increase it or give me the extended relief kind

@Cigarguy Oh ok yes cyclobenzaprine is Flexeril. 5 mg is really low, 10 works much better, Def ask if you can get the 10 mg.

@Coralmist I'm due for a refill so I was going to send him a message on my portal to see if he'll increase the dosage or give me 60 pills instead of 30 per month.
