My arm is killing me 😭

you should call the police. killing is ilegal and very wrong.

Im not a doctor. But i have had many breaks, tears, repairs and recently replacement.
I can tell you that stretching and light strengthening exercises have been key to my ability to move.
Also, as much as you want to use heat, a combination of ice and heat is most helpful. And if possible...ibuprofen.

All I can think of is to stay indoors in the warm, perhaps with a dehumidifier?

And do something that takes your mind off it.

Here's a silly idea: make a list of all those things that you do that normally require two hands and practise doing them with one. Concentrating hard on that might distract you from the pain.

The dampness and cold always got to my broken arm also but does not any longer so there is that. I don't think you have a choice but to wait it out though you might want to lay a heating pad on it to see if that does any good.

For the short term, may be local external appications of hyperemiant creams, based on acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin).
For the long term, rehabilitation. Perhaps Tai Chi Chuan.

Hi....I've got bad knees and 2 torn rotator cuffs....I found that a product called Bio-Freeze works the best for me anyway...Comes in a roll-on or a cream or patches or ointment....Couple Motrin and Bio-Freeze usually does the trick for me!!!Good luck!!

Yeah, cold can cause the skin to contract which puts pressure on the nerves, so the injured area aches more.

Try to stay warm is about all you can do.

Ice, pain killers, hot soaks, heating pad, elevating your arm, rest, ace bandage plus time.
