My arm is killing me 😭

Hope all of you are doing well today.

My broken arm is so sore and achy. 😣 Well it’s been healing for a long time but with dampness and cold weather it gets worse.

Any recommendations will be appreciated.

The dampness and cold always got to my broken arm also but does not any longer so there is that. I don't think you have a choice but to wait it out though you might want to lay a heating pad on it to see if that does any good.

@Secretsmile Did they have to put any metal in that really picks up the weather.

@Subsumedpat no but she has mentioned surgery a time or two but I m not having it

@Secretsmile Really, I thought for a break they decided right away , surgery or it will heal when immobilized.
