What's the weirdest thing that triggered your anxiety?

For me it's a tie between seeing a building being demolished (no idea who owned it) and an older lady with a horrible haircut.
Both things gave me full blown panic attacks.


Oh, also bananas. I have a phobia of that fruit. (Anyone who posts a pic of said fruit will be blocked. Not joking)
