Those sound like two fine feelings to respect and accept. They are both true. You feel those ways. Now... Next step is to just let them be and move onto something else.

People don't have to act on every feeling and the ones that are persist, to not act on them are extremely difficult. Otherwise the world would have no addicts, stalkers or anxious people.

Its hard but completely possible to live freely imo.

Try and you happy. Sometimes well hell took me 12 years to finally put papers in. But big weight fell off my shoulders.will take time, but please don't go all Mallory Knox on him lol

Sounds like you're being extremely Self-centered. Try praying for God's Favour and happiness, also count your blessings to regain Gratitude.

This should help take your mind off of the past.
