I don't live in an apartment having in a very long time but when I was in a hotel one time I heard someone growling and say argh I'm a pirate with the headboard creaking and the same person went out on the balcony and stretched himself in the morning singing the words touch me. Definitely odd

The guy in the flat above screaming at his kids for wetting the bed. He started smashing up their toys. I called the police but Fliss was fucking furious and ran up stairs to confront him.

It was pretty upsetting and I think he lost his custody to supervised visits.

In my previous flat, I heard every number of my neighbours debit card when he was paying a debt on the phone.
