I hear that a lot, that people barely eat anything. Then I found out it's not how much you eat but what you eat. That's when it comes down to counting calories and carbs.
If you take in a lot of carbs you workout to burn the carbs, but I think everyone's intake numbers are going to be different.
I think you look really good, so don't give up! You can do it 😊

Muscle weighs more than fat
As strange as it sounds you should probably stop weighing yourself and go based only on how you look and feel
Notice if some rolls are vanishing, if your clothes are getting looser, etc…
It will take time
Weighing, for some people, can destroy their ability to get in shape because they get discouraged but it’s not always as simple as “number go down”

Protein and more protein along with carbs, vegetables and fruit and dairy (may be) if you're not eating enough calories you won't gain muscle. Same goes for salt intake too.

The good news is you're still losing fat, and you're getting toned...
which is a good thing...
Consider getting a scale that measures body fat percentage

Its not about weight, its about how you feel.
Do you feel you move better, feel healthier?

While 5 pounds of muscle and 5 pounds of fat weigh the same, they can look quite different and have different health effects. Muscle is not factored into your BMI, but it is factored into your body fat percentage

@ShenaniganFoodie it's just discouraging and makes me want to stop trying

Muscle weights more then fat
If your not eating enough you body can go into starvation mode & burn muscle & create fat

Maybe you're putting on muscle weight. That's a good thing.

There's a very simple relationship between muscles and fat. More muscles = less fat for the same amount of calories that you consume every day.

@MartinTheFirst it's just discouraging

If you are doing weights, you are likely gaining muscle mass, which is not a bad thing.
