Do you feel you need to be "On" for others?

I have at times. But I hate feeling like I have to entertain someone or fill their voids. It's exhausting.
My nature is to be free spirited and independent.

I do try to people please its a trait installed since childhood. I am trying to break free from this but its difficult.
Ive read books watched videos & get the theory but at the end of the day I end up people pleasing most of the time. 🥺

I have been on for other's before; however, I don't make practice of it. I don't love social media, so one will often get me at my best if I have found what is good for me.

I do what I please.

I do not even answer work e-mails right away.
