What is your understanding of pansexuality?

Top | New | Old
Rainandforest · 26-30, F
Making love with pan? Lol sorry i was joking
Repete · 70-79, M
That’s not to be mistaken with potsexual pots and pans are not the same. 😂 sorry I couldn’t resist.@Rainandforest
thought it involved some guy named Peter who only got off while at Wendy's
OSKED · M
I'm pansexual... I prefer non sticky frying pan instead of the normal one 😊

Is it like Harvey Weinstein jerking it into a frying pan?
SW-User
It was hot so it sizzled!
Redstar · 36-40, M
I know pansexuality is a real thing but honestly, I stopped caring. I had to because people make up so many nonsense sexualities these days that none of it even matters anymore. Being straight is starting to be seen as an outdated concept 🙄 Even though it isn't, it's just a way you were born.
Teenagers aren't just unsure of their sexuality, they're even confused about something as simple as gender. Some people dont' even think genders matter or even exists anymore...
I get it. You might feel like a woman in a mans body or vise versa. But now people are claiming that there is no man or woman, like it's all the same thing. I randomly went to someones live twitch stream and they were talking about being a "man slut" even though they're a woman.... they think ibeing a man slut is an energy.... what. The. Fuck? It's literally a term for a man who is a slut. That's it. But for some reason, people are now thinking "man slut" can apply to people who aren't actually men. That. Makes. No. Sense. The thing that should be of concern is why men are called "man sluts" and not just "sluts".

What's supposedly wrong with just being a man or a woman?
It's just "gender roles" now . Like you're just playing a part of something that isn't real. No, you're not really straight.
You know all those people who had to stand up and fight for their right to be openly gay and not get discriminated against? Well people now are just basically spitting in the faces of all those people who had to put up with being discriminated against and fight or their right (and anyone elses) to be who they are.
But now it's all supposedly fine, everyone can be anything because nothing matters, sexuality and gender doesn't exist.... That's the mindset of people these days and it's completely insane in the worst way.

Someone who is attracted to anyone, regardless of gender or gender identity. I see pansexual as being pretty amazing, though not sure I've ever met anyone that was.
GuyWithOpinions · 31-35, M
From what i hear it seems to be a group of people that claim they love everything equally and think its a gender.
Convivial · 26-30, F
Loving anyone i thought, irrespective of gender
Longpatrol · 31-35, M
You enjoy a good Tefal. I kid I kid.
calicuz · 56-60, M
Isn't Pansexual just another name for Bi Sexual?
Do we believe a new buzz word can somehow change bigotry?
I'm fine with anyone's sexuality.
perceptivei · 36-40, F
@calicuz A pansexual coworker was telling me bisexual is different than pansexual, so I wanted to make sure I understood correctly.
calicuz · 56-60, M
@perceptivei

Ok, so the definition I read said: "loving anyone of the same or opposite sex"
perceptivei · 36-40, F
@calicuz Yeah. I read the definition...
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
It's just a modern term for bisexuality that includes nonbinary people.
A pan that's looking for love in all the wrong places...lol
Those who love being in the kitchen
SW-User
Just another modern word to describe what has always been and always known.
Doomflower · 41-45, M
It's basically bisexual plus.

Nowadays there's all this hubub about how bisexual isn't just attraction to two genders. I say meh. Pansexual is more correct.
perceptivei · 36-40, F
@Doomflower Good response.
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
Someone who is attracted to the person and don't mind what gender they have.
ImRileyTheDog · 22-25, F
It’s someone who’s attracted to everyone

Trans, straight, gay, queer, non binary, asexual, lesbian, bi etc. whatever else is out there
Convivial · 26-30, F
What's your view?
BackyardShaman · 61-69, M
My interpretation is someone based sexual attraction on an individual basis and the person could be of either gender identity. I can’t really say if it’s much if any different from bisexuality.
Iwillwait · M
Very little.
SW-User
You’re into frying pans 🫢
MasterLee · 56-60, M
Better than potsexuality

People with frying pan fetishes

From Ancient Greek pas, pasa, pan - "all"

Pansexuals are not only attracted to men and women, but people who blur the lines as well: androgynous, intersex, a person who looks like a woman but has male genitalia, etc.
Wiseacre · F
Probably means multi...they will fuck anything!
Teirdalin · 31-35
Bisexual likes both men annnd women.
Pansexuals like things which may not have a gender as well, hence the pan in the name.
IamCuriousBabe · 51-55, F
A blanket term for all the genders you are inclined to have sex with. It can't be that complex, it all boils down to two types of sex organs, anyway.

How does a bisexual person feel differently from a cisgender person?

Of course no one would want to have sex with ANYONE.
Ppl who have sex with kitchenware

@PhlipipUK ,And, people will assume you're pansexual. Lol
Capable of being sexually attracted to someone regardless of their gender or sex.
OSKED · M
Idk bruh sounds gay to me
SnailTeeth · 36-40, M
I would guess it's a denotation of stunted sexual development.
Where some wires get crossed, or the brain just gets lazy when putting the blocks together, that these people get all horned up about all sorts of things.
But I'm not a doctor, I'm just your run-of-the-mill idiot.

I used to think it was people who were sexually attractive to frying pans. Now I think it's someone who will fuck anybody.
perceptivei · 36-40, F
@Teirdalin Right.

The guy that I worked with who told me about his pansexuality said it's different than bisexuality, because bisexuality is merely about sex. He said a pansexual is sexual toward people they fall in love with. Basically, he said it's more about love vs sex. He explained that pansexuality is being sexually attracted to anyone based on love.

Although, I don't know if he knows what love is or not. He's in jail now for child molestation of a 6 yr old. Third time. 😣
Teirdalin · 31-35
@perceptivei That's not it at all. XD. Sexually and romantically are different things. For example someone can be sexually straight but gay romantically.
perceptivei · 36-40, F
@Teirdalin exactly
MethDozer · M
Someone who's sexually attracted to satyrs and fauns.
candycane · 36-40, F
