While many things mentioned are a crime , some even a joke of a crime, the bar for crimes against humanity must be far higher.
It's a crime to be a mass murderer, as is in just about every country in the world. And this should be a minimum because of the numbers just are simply unacceptable to all countries.
As to what crime besides murder, that really is dependant on the country. Yet mass numbers should probably be under consideration for all cases.
In the case of Ukraine, the numbers are not only there yet most actually are civilians. As well as being totally indiscriminate, meaning there was no real reason for their deaths. That should be an additional charge as well.
As to children, they are apart of those numbers. Not that there deaths was any less yet once again an additional charge should be given.
So what charges do we have?
Great numbers
No reasons for their deaths
Deaths of children in mass
I think one more should be given and that's manner of deaths. For this war fortunately hasn't seen the worst yet. And if it should happen it applies to all three above.
