How do i recognize when people who try to brainwash me into accepting other people's abuse as normal.

@SStarfish when i once didn't listen to them and called out the person's bad behaviors, they bullied me. I even called out on them, they did it more.

Later i calmly questioned their behvaiour... no reply.
