Guys don’t seem to have that problem around me 🤷🏼‍♀️

I haven't done anything consciously about it. I have always done moderate exercise and tried to eat healthy but at 67 I still get hard. Not as rock hard or as instant like it used to be but it still works.

Thankfully I’ve never had an issue with it. But if you are at your age, need to get BP checked, heart scan and see if you have diabetes.

I used Viagra a couple of times, just to try it. Gave me an exceptionally hard erection as well as a headache and upset stomach. Wouldn't recommend it unless as a last resort.
