I wanted to be a pianist or a teacher. I ended up doing both.

I don't think I ever had an idea what I wanted to be. Probably a scientist like my dad.

I wanted to be an army man, police man, semi truck driver, a superhero and many different things when I was little.

I wanted to be a lawyer. I’m not a big fan of them today. I think the legal system is broken.

I didn't think about who I wanted to be but what I wanted to do. I wanted to study and breed butterflies but I'm not entirely sure if I thought about it in relation to future, let alone a job. It was what I wanted to do then and perhaps hoped to keep doing that. I also wanted to watch and learn about birds...you know, when it was too early for butterflies so all I saw in nature were birds coming to the feeders.
Then I lost interest, of course. 😆

Not really. I remember that pressure to grow up and work. I was directed to work all the time by my parents, and everything I did was ordered by them.

Yes I wanted to be a mechanic and I also wanted to be a lorry driver. And I have been both.
