@Primnproper It is indeed most interesting- I have a habit of being attracted to obscure bits of it like the part played by Soviet women fighting in the front line as Snipers, Machine Gunners, Pilots and battlefield Medics. Sorry Nerd Alert, Nerd Alert 😂😂😂🙂

@Anniedlr The thing about WW2 that now stands out to me is that my father and uncle’s that served never spoke about it until they were nearing the ends of their lives. Now I understand why my father never took us to 4th of July fireworks.
